We started Daily Data (http://www.dailydata.net) in 1996. It has had its ups and downs, but now, 21 years later, it is still providing income, paying the bills, and helping customers.
One of my daughters wanted me to write a book about “how to start a successful business,” but I decided I’d write some notes, then she could write the book. Not sure if this is considered a success or not, but I’m happy with it.
Anyway, she is the author, not me, but I’ll add some pages here and she can do what she wants with them.
This is basically some things I have found that worked (and in some cases, didn’t work) for us. Hopefully, it can help someone else.
